Punjab announces DA on central employees pattern

Chandigarh, Apr 10 (UNI) The Punjab government has raised the Dearness Allowance (DA) to its employees and pensioners by three per cent from 21 to 24 per cent on the central government employees pattern.

Disclosing this here today, a spokesman of Department of Finance said the DA would be paid to the employees with effect from January one, 2006.
