Nitesh Estates bags ITC corporate housing project

Bangalore, Apr 10 (UNI) Nitesh Estates, a fast growing real estate arm of the Bangalore-based Nitesh Group, has bagged a Rs 100 crore housing deal from the ITC to develop a top-end condominium project for ITC's senior management staff.

The project, to come up over a six-acre land near Jakkur, would be completed in 15 months, Nitesh Estates said in a release here.

Functining as an one-stop solution provider to ITC, Nitesh Estates, together with Singapore-based Jurong Corporation, would offer its expertise in high-end quality finishes and state-of-the- art technology, right from conception to completion of the project, the release said.

Nitesh Estates was already handling projects worth Rs 400 crore.

It had in January this year received 100 million Dollar funding through the Special Purpose Vehicle route from Siachen Capital of New York. It had recently signed Australian cricketer Shane Warne to endorse its new project -- Nitesh Forest Hills.
