NCDEX records trade worth Rs 4,211 cr

Mumbai, Apr 10 (UNI) As many as 548 members of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchanges (NCDEX) participated in trading worth Rs 4,211 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs today.

There were 1,07,320 trades put through by them.

Active trades were high in guarseeds, chana, refined soy oil, silver, sugar and urad, a NCDEX release said.

On Saturday, about 544 members had participated in trading and put through more than 52,350 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 1400 hrs was Rs 1,901 crore (one way).

Active trades were in urad, chana, guarseed, lemon tur, wheat, refined soy oil and sugar, the release added.
