Ram Jethmalani nominated to Rajya Sabha

New Delhi, Apr 10: Noted criminal lawyer and former Union Minister Ram Jethmalani has been nominated by President APJ Abdul Kalam to the Rajya Sabha.

The nomination of Mr Jethmalani is to fill the seat fallen vacant after the death of Mr Vidya Niwas Misra. His term will end in August 2009, official sources said.
