Holiday for Central Govt employees on polling days

Thiruvananthapuram, Apr 10 (UNI) Central Government offices will remain closed on polling days for election to the Kerala Assembly on April 22 and 29 and May 3 to enable the employees exercise their franchise.

A holiday has also been declared for all Central Government offices, including industrial establishments, on April 14 on account of Dr B R Ambedkar's Birthday, according to a statement by the Central Government Employees' Welfare Coordination Committee.
