FIIs investment limit hiked in D S Kulkarni

Mumbai, Apr 10: The Board of Directors of D S Kulkarni Developers Ltd at its meeting today took on record the proposal of increasing the limit of Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) from 24 to 49 per cent of the paid up capital of the company.

This follows the approval of the proposal at the extra ordinary general meeting of the company today.

The company has just entered the capital market to raise Rs 60.50 crore through issue of shares at a premium price of Rs 110 per share.
