Court rejects Samuel Thomas's bail plea

Kota, Apr 10 (UNI) A local court here today rejected the bail plea of Dr Samuel Thomas, director of Emmanuel Mission International, in the case relating to the book 'Haqeeqat'.

Dr Thomas's police custody has been extended till April 17.

He was present in the court today, when the bail plea application was rejected.

Dr Thomas has been accused of distributing the controversial book 'Haqeeqat', which allegedly contains derogatory remarks about Hindu deities.
