Sahara One to raise $ 50 mn from abroad

Mumbai, Apr 7 (UNI) Sahara One Media and Entertainment company has decided to raise upto 50 million US dollars from overseas market.

The company board, which approved this in a meeting held on Wednesday, also decided to convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on May 8 to get shareholders' consent, the company informed the BSE today.
