14 Indian police officials graduate in US anti-terrorism course
New Delhi, Apr 7 (UNI) Fourteen law enforcement officers from various states graduated today from the 'Investigating Cyber Terrorism Course' focusing on the technical and practical investigative aspects of cyber crime incidents and acts of cyber terrorism.
The two-week course, sponsored by the State Department's Anti-terrorism programme, was held at the CBI Academy at Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh from March 27 till today.
Participants were trained in collecting electronic evidence, forensic analysis, scene documentation and network attack methods.
Since 1995, more than 900 Indian law enforcement officers have participated in 42 ATA courses in the US and India.
The programme is viewed by both countries as a concrete example of strong bilateral ties and partnership in the fight against terrorism.
