SHRP president A D Subba told newsmen here that the tour of the Chief Minister along with a host of officials was a wastage of funds and not in the interest of the state.

Dr Subba said the absence of Mr Chamling, also holding the Finance portfolio in the last month of the financial year, had stalled the payment of salary to hundreds of muster roll employees and clearance of other financial bills and caused a lot of inconvience to the public.

Releasing the party's ideology, policy and programmes in Nepali here, Dr Subba said his party's main objective was to work for the equal development of all the areas irrespetive of their locations.

He alleged that the present government had not undertaken any developmental work in the remote areas of the state till today.
