Thaksin says willing to quit if experts advise it
BANGKOK, Apr 3 (Reuters) Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra said today he would set up a group of eminent persons to seek a way out of the country's political crisis, and would quit if the group recommended he do so.
''I will tell the 16 million voters that this committee wanted me to quit and I will quit,'' he said on a political talk show a day after a snap general election failed to resolve a months-long crisis.
He was referring to the number of votes he said his party won.
