Reliance Communication to hike FIIs limit to 74 pc

Mumbai, Mar 31 (UNI) Board members of Reliance Communication Ventures Ltd have approved an increase in foreign institutional investors (FIIs) investment limit to 74 per cent of the paid up capital of the company. The company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today.

The members also approved increasing of authorised share capital of the company.

The board also approved issue of securities under Employees Stock Options Scheme; increasing the borrowing limits of the company.

Members also voted in favour of shifting of registered office of the Company from the state of Maharashtra to Goa.
