Reliance Capital's networth Rs 3918 cr on conversion

Mumbai, Mar 31: Reliance Capital Ltd's net worth stands increased to Rs 3,918 crore after the conversion of its warrants into equity shares at a price of Rs 228 each.

Informing the BSE, Reliance Capital said that its Committee of Directors at the meeting today allotted 1,55,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 228 (including a premium of Rs 218) per share to the promoters, against the outstanding warrants issued on August 2, 2005. These shares will be subject to lock-in upto August 1, 2006.

Following the allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased to 22,28,66,245 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each.
