Gold worth Rs 1.27 crore seized from Begumpet airport

Hyderabad, Mar 31 (UNI) Air intelligence and income tax department recovered gold worth Rs 1.27 crore from a person coming from Delhi last night, official sources today said.

Raghuveer Singh, who arrived at Begumpet airport, had a bag containing gold biscuits worth Rs 1.27 crore. He was nabbed by air intelligence officials. Later, he was handed over to income tax officials for futher investigation, according to police sources.
