9.98 pc shares of Aventis Pharma sold in block deal

Mumbai, Mar 31 (UNI) In a block deal today, UB Holdings sold 9.98 per cent equity shares (22,98,370 shares) of Aventis Pharma to Variegate Trading Ltd.

The deal was transacted on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) at Rs 1,854 per share and the deal size was Rs 852 crore.

Ambit Capital Pvt Ltd executed the deal.
