Sterling Biotech buys Torrent Gujarat Biotech for Rs 55 cr

Mumbai, Mar 30 (UNI) Sterling Biotech today said it has bought Torrent Gujarat Biotech's factory at Masar village in Vadodara for Rs 55 crore in an all-cash deal.

Both the buyer and seller companies informed BSE the transaction was completed today in pursuance to the MoU signed earlier.
