Trade worth Rs 5,001 on NCDEX

Mumbai, Mar 28 (UNI) As many as 558 members of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchanges (NCDEX) participated in trading worth Rs 5,001 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs today.

There were 1,13,670 trades put through by them.

Active trades were high in guarseeds, chana, lemon tur, silver, gold and urad, a NCDEX release here said.

Yesterday, about 670 members had participated in trading and put through more than 1,27,420 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2355 hrs was Rs 6,374 crore (one way).

Active trades were in urad, chana, guarseed, lemon tur, silver and gold, a release added.
