SPCC general secretary Subba resigns

Gangtok, Mar 28 (UNI) Sikkim Pradesh Congress Committee (SPCC) general secretary Shershang Subba resigned from the party today.

Mr Subba said he resigned as he found it difficult to work under the 'dictatorial style of functioning' of SPCC president Narbahadur Bhandari.

Mr Subba said here that he had already informed the party President Sonia Gandhi about his resignation.
