Seven years RI for raping minor girl

Davanagere, Karnataka, Mar 28 (UNI) A lower court today convicted and sentenced a person to seven years rigorous imprisonment in a case relating to the rape of a minor girl.

Delivering the judgement, Davanagere District and Sessions Judge S Siddalingesh also imposed a fine of Rs 15,000 on Ramappa, who had abducted and raped the minor girl ten months ago.

Davanagere Women's Police Station had registered a case and filed the charge sheet in the court.
