President, PM condole Bhai Mohan Singh's death
New Delhi, Mar 28 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today visited the residence of Ranbaxy Laboratories' founder Bhai Mohan Singh, who died here yesterday, to pay last respects and placed a wreath on his body.
In a condolence message, Dr Singh described him as a nationalist, an entrepreneur and a humanist.
President A P J Abdul Kalam condoled the death, stating that he was not only a successful industrialist but also a humanist to the core.
In a message to Bhai Manjit Singh, the son of the pioneer pharma industrialist, Dr Kalam said Bhai Mohan Singh would be remembered for his contribution to the sector.
