Precious metal prices up on bullish global advice

Mumbai, Mar 28: Values of silver and gold shot up further on bullish global advice in the opening session today, traders at the bullion market here said.

Following were the rates: Silver (per kg) .999 fineness grade : Rs 15,705, Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint: : Rs 8,220, Gold 99.9 purity variety : Rs 8,260.
