B'lore to have largest consumer electronic showroom

Bangalore, Mar 28 (UNI) A state-of-the-art Consumer Electronics and Durables Showroom, with 10,000 sq ft display area, will be inaugurated in the city on March 30.

Speaking to newspersons here, Adishwar Electro World showroom Managing Director Paras Jain said popular Kannada film actress and national awardee Tara would inaugurate the showroom.

Besides having the largest products display area, the showroom also offered unique services like in time delivery and demonstration, customer service and after sales service helpline.

Replying to queries, Mr Jain said the company owned six multi brand showrooms, and two exclusive brand product showrooms. The tenth showroom would be opened in May. Besides, four showrooms would be opened in the city and one in Mysore before the end of this year, he added.

He said the total business turnover during the year touched Rs Rs 45 crore and it was expected to cross Rs 125 crore next year. The company hoped to expand its business in coastal districts and other districts of the state and outside Karnataka next year, he added.

Mr Jain said the growth of electronic goods and consumer products was around 30 per cent annually and the city, being the Information Technology capital of the country, had tremendous potential for use of this category products.
