Hyderabad, Mar 28 (UNI) BJP Floor leader G Kishan Reddy today alleged that the Government and the opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) had failed to discuss the issues of people's problems in the Assembly during the budget session.

Addressing the press here, Mr Reddy pointed out that the TDP had failed to play as an opposition party in the Assembly by not raising the people's issues, including welfare programmes and government's alleged involvement in irrigation tender scams.

Alleging that the government has adopted all the Bills without any fruitful discussion, he said it was the first time that the appropriation Bill was adopted without any discusion in the history of the state Assembly.

Expressing disappointment that he did not get enough time to raise public issues during the session, Mr Reddy said the opposition and the ruling Congress parties have lost moral values in the Assembly.
