Precious metals zoom up on bullish global advice

Mumbai, Mar 25: Values of silver and gold shot up on bullish global advice in the opening session today, traders at the bullion market here said.

Following were the rates: Silver (per kg).999 fineness grade : Rs 15,070, Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint: : Rs 8,100, Gold 99.9 purity variety : Rs 8,145.
