Tehran, Mar 25: A strong aftershock following a 6.0 magnitude earthquake in the southern Iranian province of Hormuzgan may have caused some damage, a senior rescue worker said today.
''A very strong aftershock has just hit, we are more worried about the damage caused by this one,'' Farhad Jabari, head of the Red Crescent rescue service in the province, told Reuters, after saying the original quake had not had a major impact.
