Gangotri Textiles Ltd declares Interim Equity Dividend

Mumbai, Mar 25 (UNI) Gangotri Textiles Ltd informed BSE that the Board of Directors (BoD) of the company at its meeting held on March 24, had declared an Interim Equity Dividend at the rate of 15 per cent on the expanded capital arising out of the bonus share at the rate of 1 for 1 (Dividend of 0.75 paise per share of Rs 5 each).
