Youth Cong leader hails Sonia's decision

Hubli, Mar 24 (UNI) India Youth Congress Policy, Planning and Programme Implementation Chairman Shakir Sanadi today praised Party President Sonia Gandhi for tendering her resignation as a member of the Lok Sabha as well as the Chairperson of the National Advisory Council in the wake of the office of profit controversy.

In a statement here, he said Ms Gandhi had once again proved that she was in politics only to serve the people and not for power.

Mr Sanadi said Ms Gandhi's decision would help her emerge a much stronger leader in future and this bold step would inspire several young Congressmen.
