Stayam Computer allots 89,129 equity shares

Mumbai, Mar 24 (UNI) Satyam Computer has alloted 89,129 equity shares through circular resolution on March 24 under stock option plans of the company.

In a release issued to BSE the company stated that consequent, to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has gone up from 324,241,872 equity shares of Rs two each aggregating Rs 648,483,744 to 324,331,001 equity shares of Rs two each aggregating Rs 648,662,002.
