S S Dua joining on board of ICSA

Hyderabad, Mar 24 (UNI) The city-based embedded technology and infrastructure services provider for power utilities--ICSA(India) Ltd.--has inducted Mr S S Dua as a Director on its Board.

Mr Dua, former acting CMD of Mumbai-based power utility company BSES, has more than four decades of experience, according to an official release.

He served as chairman and Managing Director of BSES from 2002-03 and was rightly credited for the turn around of the company performance in Orissa. During the tenure at BSES he was Chairman of BSES Group of companies.

The company was at the forefront of adopting developments in digital technologies and providing 'embedded software solutions' to power sector. The solutions offered by the company for energy management and system monitoring were well received by the utility companies and resulted in development of reliable and efficient distribution systems The board, now, with Mr Dua's induction has a mix of professionals with experience in diverse fields like energy economics, corporate finance, regulatory affairs, banking, law and business management.
