Qureshi thanks CM for making Minorities Commission Chairman

Hyderabad, Mar 24 (UNI) Mr Yousuf Qureshi, the Chairman designate, Andhra Pradesh State Minorities Commission, met the Chief Minister Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy, in the Legislative Assembly and thanked him for his selection as the chairman of the Commission.

He assured that he would always strive to solve the problems of the minorities in the State.

The Chief Minister promised to give full support from his Government in the smooth running of the affairs of the Commission.

Mr Mohd. Fareeduddin, Minister for Minorities Welfare, Mr Farooq Hussain Chairman Minorities Financial Corporation, Mr Khaleel-ur-Rahman former M.P., were also present on this occasion, Mr Qureshi said in a release here today.
