Photographs of a youth, woman released for Varanasi blast probe
Varanasi, Mar 24 (UNI) The Varanasi police today released photographs of a youth and a woman in connection with the March 7 blast at Sankatmochan temple.
DIG R N Yadav told reporters here this evening that the photographs of the the two people have been generated from the video-film of a marriage that was taking place, when the blast rocked the 16th century temple.
Mr Yadav, said the photographs were released for establishing the identity of these two persons who were present at the marriage.
He said the public has been urged to help in establishing the identity of the two, for proper investigation into the twin blasts case.
The identity of those providing information about the two persons will be kept secret, Mr Yadav added.
At least 15 people were killed and 98 wounded in the twin blasts at the Sankatmochan temple and Varanasi railway station within a span of 15 minutes on March 7 last.
