Melstar Information Board to consider scheme of arrangement

Mumbai, Mar 24 (UNI) Melstar Information Technologies has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on March 28, to consider the scheme of arrangement for the amalgamation of Melstar Fashions with the company.

The scheme shall be placed before the Board of Directors of the company for its consideration and approval. The aforesaid amalgamation, if approved by the Board, shall be subject to necessary approvals including in particular the shareholders of both the companies.
