C M sits through session, ministers don't: complains CPI(M)
Hyderabad, Mar 24 (UNI) The CPI(M) today complained in the Andhra Pradesh assembly that while Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy was present in the House all through the proceedings, Ministers were absent during the Zero Hour.
Making a mention during the Zero Hour, the CPI (M) member M A Gafoor urged Speaker K R Suresh Reddy to give a ruling on the issue.
He said while it was generally agreed that members making a Zero Hour mention should get the reply within three days, replies were not being given even after a month.
Speaker Suresh Reddy assured the member that he would take up the matter with the Legislative Affairs Minister K Rosaiah and ensure that replies were given within three days after mention during Zero Hour.
