Adf Foods acquires CAMEL and AEROPLANE

Mumbai, Mar 24 (UNI) Board of Directors of ADF Foods has informed BSE that at its meeting held on March 23 they have decided to acquire two brands CAMEL and AEROPLANE from American Dry Fruit Stores.

Further the company has also informed that the Board of Directors has also approved the setting up of a unit in Special Economic Zone in Surat for the manufacture of frozen food and other items.

This new unit will cater the export market and the facilities in this unit would match with the international market standard.
