Jammu, Mar (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir governemnt has decided to prepare the electoral roll of both the parliamentary and assembly constituencies in English, Hindi and Urdu.

Deputy Chief Minister Muzaffar Husain Baig today informed the legislative council that the Election Commission has directed the state government to prepare the electoral rolls in all the three languages-.

Commission also instructed that the electoral rolls of the parliamentary and assembly constituencies in Jammu and Kashmir be prepared and maintained in English language in addition to Hindi and Urdu as the case may be, added Mr Baig.
