Truck-jeep collision cliams six lives in Bihar

Samastipur, Mar 21 (UNI) At least six people were killed and 12 others injured in a jeep-truck collision at NH-28 near Fatehpur village under Musridharari police station in Bihar's Samastipur today.

Police said the victims were travelling in the jeep enroute to Begusarai from Sitamarhi when it collided with an on coming truck.

Among the six deceased, two were women and a child.

All the injured have been admitted to a local hospital where their condition was stated to be serious.
