Sidco conducts 50 Entrepreneurship programmes

New Delhi, Mar 21 (UNI) Small Industry Development Organisation (SIDO), an apex body under the Ministry of Small Scale Industries and Agro&Rural Industries, conducted 50 Entrepreneurship Development Programmes, 60 Motivational Campaigns and 50 Management Development Programmes in different States during January this year.

Altogether, 8800 people took part in these programmes.

During the month, National Small Industries Corporation Ltd.

(NSIC) conducted 36 Intensive Campaigns and 8 marketing Promotion Seminars at various places in the country.

The National Institute of Small Industries Extension Training (NISIET), Hyderabad, conducted 58 training programmes for 1253 participants.

The Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), Guwahati conducted 15 training programmes for 415 persons while the National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD), NOIDA, conducted 6 training programmes for 208 participants, an official release said here today.
