Minister pulled up by Speaker

Bhopal, Mar 21 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Assembly Speaker Ishwardas Rohani today pulled up Cooperative Minister Gopal Bhargava for using dual-meaning words to taunt others.

During question hour, the Speaker named Mr Bhargava and expunged his certain remarks as Congress member Ajay Singh raised objections.

On the Speaker's suggestion, former Chief Minister Babulal Gaur also advised Mr Bhargava to refrain from using dual-meaning words to maintain the dignity of the house.

Later, Mr Bhargava claimed he was one among the ten highly educated members of the house. Subsequently, the Speaker also made certain remarks in a lighter vein, but it was expunged.
