Fire in pharmaceutical lab hurts 3

Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, Mar 21: Three persons sustained burns when some chemicals caught fire during processing in a well- known pharmaceutical laboratory at Paidy Bheemavaram, near here, today.

Police said here a susbtantial quantity of chemical caught fire from a spark from machinery injuring the three persons.

Seven others developed breathing problems, but were quickly given first aid by administering oxygen.

The injured was shifted to a private hospital in Visakhapatnam.
