Working President of Assam PCC named

New Delhi, Mar 20 (UNI) Mrs Anwara Taimur, MP, will function as the working president of the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee till the polling in the first phase of Assembly election on April 3 is over.

This is because the present president of the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee, Bhubneswar Kalita rpt Bhubneswar Kalita is contesting the Assembly election, an AICC release said.
