Three killed, one injured on court premises

Ranga Reddy, Andhra Pradesh Mar 20 (UNI) Three persons, including a woman, were killed and another was injured by their rivals near a sub-court in this district of Andhra Pradesh today.

While two brothers, Narasimhulu and Anjaiah and their sister Shantamma died on the spot, Nandu managed to escape with stab injuries, the police said.

Previous enmity between the family of Narsimhulu and a sarpanch Anandam was believed to be the cause of the murder. The victims were being brought to the sub-court in connection with a case.

Anandam along with 12 others, came in a van and attacked them with knives and swords, which they later hid in a bag.

However, the police nabbed nine of them on the spot. Anandam and two others managed to escape, police added.
