Spurious liquor seized; 2 Keralites arrested

Madikeri, Karnataka, Mar 20 (UNI) Excise officials have seized illicit spirit and liquor worth lakhs of Rupees and arrested two persons from Kerala in this connection, during a raid at Virajpet.

Police said Madhusudan and Lobo were manufacturing the spurious liquor under popular brand names at their house at Chickpet in Virajpet.

The officials also recovered a car, three machines and some labels from them yesterday.
