Nikkei edges down as property firms decline

TOKYO, Mar 20 (Reuters) The Nikkei share average fell 0.25 percent at the start of trade on Monday as investors sold shares in property firms such as Mitsubishi Estate Co. Ltd. and other issues that had posted gains in the previous session.

The benchmark Nikkei was down 0.11 percent at 16,321.31 as of 0003 GMT.
