Launches CATI Centre in Bangalore
Hyderabad, Mar 20 (UNI) Nipuna Services Limited, Satyam's BPO Subsidiary and World's first and only eSCM Capability Level 4 Service Provider, launched a 50-seater Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI) service centre at its Bangalore office.
CATI interviews were suitable for highly structured questionnaires, involving complicated routing CATi interviewing, which increased the speed and accuracy of carrying out telephone interviews, by controlling the sample, quotes and questionnaires flow, this would result in lower cost.
The Nipuna CATI cente had multi-lingual capabilities and rides on the current 24 by 7 operations and state-of-the-art IPLC and BCP infrastructure. A bigger ramp-up was envisaged in Budapest in (Hungary) and Kuala Lumpur in (Malayasia) as near shore centres to capture the native language capabilities across continental Europe and Far East Asia, the company said in a release here today.
