J K Paper to raise $ 17 mn

Mumbai, Mar 20 (UNI) The board of directors of J K Paper has decided to raise up to USD 17 million via overseas floats.

The board, at its meeting held today, approved proposals to issue unsecured foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) for 5 million dollars and global depository receipts (GDRs) for 12 million dollars, the company informed the BSE.
