J K Paper to make international offering by way of FCCBs, GDRs

Mumbai, Mar 20 (UNI) J K Paper proposes to make an international offering by way of unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds and Global Depository Receipts.

The Company's board of directors, at its meeting held today, has decided to make an international offering by way of unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) upto US Dollar 5000,000 and in form of Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) upto US Dollar 12,000,000.
