ICICI Prudential launches HomeAssure with Lord Krishna Bank

New Delhi, Mar 20, (UNI) ICICI Prudential Life Insurance today announced the expansion of its bancassurance partnership with Lord Krishna Bank to launch HomeAssure, a mortgage reducing term assurance product.

HomeAssure will cover the outstanding loan amount of any Lord Krishna Bank's home loan customer in the event of his or her demise, ICICI Prudential said in a statement.

''HomeAssure is a simple and hassle-free product that includes various features like higher non-medical limit and a discounted rate for young borrowers in a joint account. The product will be extended to customers of Lord Krishna Bank across 112 branches in the country,'' ICICI Prudential added.

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company is a joint venture between ICICI Bank and Prudential plc and is one of the key players in the insurance industry.

Lord Krishna Bank Ltd has a network of 112 branches and 12 extension counters spread across 11 states and union territories, which include Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Delhi, Chandigarh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and Rajasthan.
