Husband stabs wife

Imphal, Mar 20 (UNI) A 45-year old man stabbed his wife to death and critically injured his four-year-old son and his two sister-in-laws in Ukhrul district.

Police said the man identified as Arunglen yesterday stabbed his wife Ningshimphy and critically injured his wife's sisters when they tried to intervene. Both the sisters and son were being now treated at Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Imphal.

Police said they have arrested the man and a case has been registered.
