GAHC offers to buy GTL shares at Rs 151 each

Mumbai, Mar 20 (UNI) Global Assets Holding Corporation and persons acting in concert have made an open offer to buy over 1.64 crore shares of Rs 10 each of GTL at Rs 151 per share payable in cash.

GTL today informed the BSE the specified date for the offer is April 14, adding it has been made by Ind Global Corporate Finance on behalf of Global Assets Holding Corporation, the acquirer, and Finav Securities, Makan Investments&Trading Co, Safari Mercantile, and Manoj Tirodkar, all persons acting in concert (PACs).

The dates of opening and closing the offer are May 11 and May 30, the release to the BSE added.
