Essel Propack updates on stock split

Mumbai Mar 20 (UNI) With reference to the earlier announcement regarding stock split, Essel Propack has clarified to BSE that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on March 14 the Board had approved a stock split of Rs two per share consequently this shall not have any effect of reduction in the equity share capital of the company.
